This is 18r(ignoring latency optmization) I know that theory min is 12r, but this would demand 2 things that I wasn't able to do in the limited chamber space(and I hope someone did):
*Not passing all the fire/iron at the same conduit, so we need to pass from alternating conduits or condense them into vitae/bronze or both.
*Not passing 2 atoms of each monomer always trugh the same conduit, so either alternating the conduits or having an input(probably quicksilver) at the output chamber.
Also, 6P is just -2c via reusing the monomer's bonder for output once.

(don't read this part out loud) number of !'s is how cool (I think) they are, so look at the list for specific arms you found interesting and maybe focus on !!'s and !!!'s

!1&2&3:deliver fire with openspace R tech.

4&5:purify bronze.

6:project silver.

!7:delay silver for main chamber shenanigans.

!!8&12:deliver projection quicksilver passing trough the counduit at the same time as an fire.

!9:saltify the fire and deliver vitae at the correct cycle to avoid the 10 crash.

11:deliver 9's salt.

!!10:saltify and deliver the fire to anime, it crashes an sal at 1c earlyer and at vitae at 1c later.

14&15:chunky.

13:deliver output quicksilver, it could be activated one pseudoperiod earlier, but the main chamber wants vitae then quicksilver.

19:monomer's vitae.

!!18:monomer's silver and monomer delivery at 7r, so it does it twice and 16 do it once.

!!16:he does 18's job and part of 17's job once and saves them when the can't.

!!!17:monomer's quicksilver twice then it let arm 16 do it's job while helping arm 20 reajust it's grip

!!!20:possibly secret sauce, it rotates the output to recieve a new monomer at about once every 6-5-7 cycles. It only need an small 17's help to reajust it's grip and recieves the 1st monomer just after outputing.
